Can I send you hardware to add to my server?
No, we do not allow customers to add their own hardware to the dedicated servers

If I cancel my server do I get a refund?
No we do not issue refunds for prepaid services. We strive to make your online gamming the best possible. We have staff that will assist you for game servers and dedicated server issues that may occcur. If you wish to cancel your server you will need to do so seven (7) days before your next billing cycle.

Do you have 24/7/365 support?
Yes, we have personnel onsite 24/7/365 for reboots and assistance with your servers.

What is the charge for going over the alotted bandwidth?( Dedicated Servers Only)
The cost for bandwidth overage is $0.50 per GB.

Do you have CPanel available for your servers?
Yes, Cpanel is available for Red Hat Linux.

Do you have a control panel solutions for Windows?
Yes, Helm is available for Windows.

Can I purchase ram or a hard drive and have you install it in the server?
No, all hardware components of our rented servers must be property of Servercon. You will need to rent the hardware from Servercon and we will install it.
